Terms
What this site is, how it may be used, and where the binding commitments actually live. Written to describe what is true today rather than to stand in for the formal legal terms, which are noted below as still to come.
What this site is
This is an informational portfolio for a product studio. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a contract, and browsing it does not create an agreement between you and the studio. It is here to show the work and to start a conversation.
Prices and the guarantee
The figures on the pricing page and the summary of the delivery guarantee are indicative — they describe how the studio typically works, not a fixed offer. The scope, price, timeline, ownership, and every commitment that actually binds are agreed in the individual project agreement signed before any work begins. If the site and a signed agreement ever disagree, the agreement governs.
Using the site
Please use the site reasonably: do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it, do not scrape it abusively, and do not misrepresent the studio or its work. The private console is for studio staff only. Found a security issue? The security page explains how to report it.
Ownership and marks
The design, text, and code of this site are the studio’s, and the projects shown are its work. Third-party company names and logos — such as the services listed under capabilities — belong to their respective owners and are shown to describe real integrations, not to imply any endorsement or partnership.
Links and information
Some pages link to third-party sites the studio does not control and is not responsible for. The informational content here is provided as-is and may change as the work does; it is not professional advice.
Still to be written
The formal Terms of Service — the legal entity behind the studio, the governing jurisdiction, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — is not published yet. It is a legal document, and the studio would rather publish it once, properly, than post a draft that reads as though it means something it does not.
Until then, the description above is accurate as to how things actually work. Anything you want to ask, get in touch and you will get a direct answer.
