What we do

Four shapes of work

How pricing works

Most engagements resolve into one of these. Which one yours is changes the timeline more than the price.

  • Professional Website

A custom marketing or company site, designed and built to launch.

  • Business Operations Platform

A working system: bookings, payments, accounts, and an admin behind them.

  • SaaS Product

A multi-user product with accounts, roles, billing, and its own dashboards.

  • Advanced Technology Platform

AI, automation, and complex systems where architecture drives the price.

How this is different

Every number here links to the work it counts

Nothing on this page is a figure you have to take on trust. Each one is a query, and each one opens the records behind it.

    Aerial Insights

A lead-generation platform for exterior contractors. Draw an area on the map and it pulls street-view imagery, runs computer-vision detection to identify each property’s roof and exterior materials, and scores every roof against the hail and wind history that has already exceeded what those materials can take. The result is a ranked, filterable lead list that flows straight into skip tracing and direct-mail outreach — the same imagery serving field crews, office estimators, and marketing.

    Marketing Master

Marketing Master (internal name "content-os") is a multi-tenant AI operating system that manages, produces, distributes, and optimizes content and growth across many applications from a single command center. Each app carries its own brand and content memory that drives high-volume idea generation, scoring, and script writing, which flow into AI media generation and multi-platform scheduling. A council of specialist AI agents deliberates, votes through a deterministic consensus gate, and — under configurable autonomy levels — plans and executes campaigns, outreach, and lead generation. A universal CRM, an outreach engine across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and voice, a shared growth-intelligence graph, and a content-attribution graph tie leads, deals, and revenue back to the content and campaigns that produced them.

    AI City Expansion Engine

The platform turns fragmented location data into one industry-specific opportunity score per ZIP code. A user selects an industry, searches a region or scans nationwide, and sees color-coded ZIP opportunity zones on a map. Clicking a ZIP opens a breakdown across demographic fit, demand, competition gap, labor availability, cost, growth, and risk, each weighted per industry, plus an AI explanation grounded in the stored inputs. Users can filter, rank, save, compare markets, and export reports. Scores carry confidence levels so missing data lowers confidence instead of fabricating precision.

    Internal Company Brain

A company picks its industry, enters basic profile information, and uploads documents, website URLs, and video transcripts. The system builds a knowledge base and generates a modular company dashboard: a chatbot that answers from company knowledge with source citations and confidence, an SOP library, a training center, a company wiki, an employee help desk, verified answers, a knowledge-gap detector, and manager analytics. Role-based permissions control what each employee can see, and the AI is instructed never to invent company-specific policies.

    Research System7 capabilities

AID — Aerial Inspection Intelligence System

AID is a runnable, offline skeleton of an autonomous drone roof-inspection platform organized as nine coordinated engines bound by a master orchestrator. A mission flows through a fixed pipeline — mission planning, spatial reconstruction, flight execution, computer-vision damage detection, uncertainty and coverage validation, risk and insurance analysis, and reporting — advancing a seven-state mission machine. Several engines are genuine computation: mission planning uses 2D computational geometry to infer roof planes and generate coverage flight paths, coverage is geometrically measured rather than assumed, spatial mapping reconstructs a 3-D digital twin from camera poses, damage runs through a classical computer-vision detector, and risk and insurance produces real construction-cost bands (P10/P50/P90), RCV/ACV depreciation, and claim-eligibility scoring. An orchestrator enforces integrity rules — no orphan data, an uncertainty gate that blocks reporting and triggers re-inspection, and a safety override. It ships a REST API, a SQLite-backed mission store, a fleet scheduler, multi-format report rendering, a Gym-style RL environment, and an operations console UI.

  • RE ABL APP — cover

    RE ABL APP

The application chains five engines: lead acquisition, offer and valuation, outreach and direct mail, contract generation and signed-contract intake, and a CRM plus buyer marketplace with an auction system. Admins search and import property leads, run rule-based valuations and offers, launch outreach and direct-mail campaigns, generate pre-filled signable contracts, and track deals through a CRM pipeline. Signed or approved deals are pushed to a buyer network where matched buyers get notified and can bid in a timed auction or buy now. Nearly all pricing, campaign, contract, and auction behavior is configurable from admin settings, and every action is logged with status history.
