Presenting a large, multi-tier architectural and innovation master plan to investors requires a single canonical source of truth and a hard boundary between public storytelling and restricted diligence material, so that no confidential data leaks into the public experience and no financial figures are fabricated.

Built for Investors and stakeholders exploring the Open Oasis vision through the public experiences, plus authorized investors granted access to the governed Investor Room.

Overview

Open Oasis is the digital operating system behind a global three-tier innovation network expressed as the progression Agora to Globe to Capital. It presents an immersive, image-led scrollytelling experience over a canonical data model and governed media library, including a disclosure-safe Capital master-plan explorer of districts and buildings and a deterministic cost/scenario engine that shows projections while honestly marking revenue and cash flow as unavailable. A server-authenticated Investor Room enforces capability-based authorization before restricted data loads, with real HMAC invitation and session crypto, versioned document packages, a risk register, diligence library, composed reports, permission-aware search, and audit logging. Restricted material never enters the static public bundle.

What this demonstrates

A deterministic, non-destructive escalation/sensitivity financial engine produces projections without inventing figures, and a strict disclosure boundary keeps restricted data out of the public static bundle. Content is a governed canonical corpus validated with Zod rather than a live database.

A pnpm monorepo with a Next.js application shell and separate domain, design, experience, and investor packages; the canonical data and media are governed in-repo and validated with Zod, images optimized with sharp, with no external database or third-party service dependency.
